Cal Hampton is Jason Duval’s best friend and one of the supporting characters confirmed by Rockstar in trailer 2.

He lives in the Leonida Keys and is a devoted conspiracy theorist: his house is full of radio equipment he uses to monitor official communications. He distrusts everything and everyone, except maybe Jason.

His official profile sums him up with humor: he feels safest at home, with a beer, listening to the coast guard.
