Rockstar quietly updates GTA VI store listings on PlayStation and Xbox

Rockstar has quietly updated the GTA VI descriptions on the PlayStation Store and the Xbox store. The changes, spotted by comparing the current pages with archived versions, are minor but clarify one important detail for anyone pre-ordering.

The most relevant one affects the pre-order bonus: the previous wording asked players to pre-order “before November 20” to receive the Vintage Vice City Pack and one free month of GTA+; it now states you must buy the game before November 19, 2026 at 23:59:59. The mention of a GTA+ month is also the first store reference to that extra.

The remaining changes are cosmetic: bullet points become dashes, the Xbox listing adds “Vice City” to the trademark section and gains a legal paragraph about licensing and terms of use, and both platforms fix the name of Macca the Gator (previously written “Aligator”), the fictional TV show character who appears in the Ultimate Edition’s Goodtime Gear.
